Depression is generally characterise by a consistent feeling of being low. Life can deal blows to us all that makes us feel 'down' or 'miserable' but depression is often a feeling of that has no rational explanation and is often a persistent feeling with no apparent cause. People who experience depression may be able to rationalise why they feel depressed, for example because they have low self-esteem, but again, there is the question of why they have the low self-esteem and so on. Symptoms of depression will in most cases affect all areas of life and wellbeing in that it will usually have an effect on physical well being, as well as emotional wellbeing. Symptoms of depressionPeople who suffer from depression may experience any one or all of the following symptoms;
Causes of depressionThere is a very clear link between anxiety and depression. People who are depressed will have probably spent many years of their lives thinking about what causes their depression and although they will have probably come up with a few ideas such as a marriage break up a few years ago, or family members dying, they still find they are depressed. The truth about depression is that it is caused by anxiety, and this anxiety is caused by bottled up emotions. The reason why most therapies don't ever release feelings of depression is because most therapies aren't able to deal with the underlying cause of the depression. Therapies such as conventional hypnotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), psychology, conselling and psychiatry, and even technique such as NLP can only, at best allow you to cope a bit better with depression. These therapies cannot however release you from the feelings of depression completely because they do not deal with the cause of the symptoms. Probably one of the most common treatments for depression are drugs. I'm quite sure there isn't a single person who realises that this is only really an attempt to 'stick a plaster' over what is a deeper underlying problem. Taking drugs for depression is like 'papering over the cracks' - surely a far better approach is to remove the cracks altogether? Depression treatment (overcoming depression)
Pure Hypnoanalysis, unlike all other therapies, deals with the cause of the depression, not the symptoms. You see, once the bottled up emotions that are actually causing feelings of depression are dealt with (released), all the symptoms that were caused by these bottled up emotions go away - permanently. People who I have treated with Pure Hypnoanlaysis find that not only does their depression go away, but many aspects of their lives that were troubling them also improve. This comes as no suprise to me because people suffering from depression, are also likely to be experiencing other symptoms as a result of these bottled up emotions (such as low sex drive, guilty feelings etc). If you would like to live your life permamently free from feelings of depression, then please don't hesitate to contact me now. You will find me very easy to talk to and your confidentiality is gaurenteed. I offer a 1 hour free consultation with no obligation so you're welcome to come and have a chat with me.
