Comparison of other therapies

There are many therapies available out there to help people with different kinds of problems.

With respect to symptoms of anxiety, most of these therapies will at best help a client 'cope' with life a little bit better, whereas others may not help much at all. Some therapies are better at helping people in areas of self improvment whereas others are so good.
