Control Premature Ejaculation (Ejeculation)

There is a great deal of information out there on the internet of methods to control premature ejaculation, but trying to control premature ejaculation is probably one of the most unconstructive things you can try to do. However, to become aware of the phsyical sensations and the general level of your arousal can indeed help a great deal. It's rather like re-teaching yourself the pleasures of arousal (unlike in your early years where arousal was about 'wanking' and 'getting off' as quickly as possible). The following are very useful tips in learning to control premature ejaculation. Ultimately Pure Hypnoanalysis and/or suggestion therapy will help you be permanently free for feeling 'out of control' in the bedroom, but these tips have helped clients in the past.

Simple stroking touch on the penis - you can do this yourself or have your partner do this for you. Just stimulate the penis and focus on the sensations that develop in all parts of your body. Aim at simply enjoying the experience and don't worry about where it may lead. Become aware of how it feels, both within the penis itself but all around the body. Focus also on the feelings within the pelvis. You will probably be suprised to find that sexual arousal extends to the whole body - not jsut the penis.

Become aware of the approach of ejaculation - as the penis is stimulated at some point, you will become aware of tingling sensations around the pelvis and penis - as this approaches, don't be tempted to go all the way (although you'll feel you want to) - simply stop stimulation and breathe slowly, nice and deeply. When things have cooled off a bit - re start stimulation. At all times be aware of how your body feels - not just how your penis feels. Tip: As you're doing this, focus on yourbody, one how it feels, and enjoy the sensations. Don't let you mind drift off into a sexual fantasy - this is about you and your feelings. Enjoy pleasuring yourself or someone doing it for you.

Slowly build up this exercise - if at any point you 'overshoot' - don't stress, just enjoy it. There's no need to be hard on yourself. Aim to approach ejaculation, stop and cool off, then re-start stimulation 3 times, before allowing yourself to go on and ejaculate. If at any point you lose your erection, that's absolutely fine and normal. You may find you enter what is known as a plateau phase, which is where the penis becomes semi-erect usually - this is normal. Just continue stimulation and your erection will return.

Repeat this exercise - do this exercise as often as you can - preferably daily. What you will notice is that the length of time you have to wait before you can re-start stimulation after the approach of ejaculation will increase. Also that the length of time you can stimulate yourself before having to stop (because of the tingling signalling the approach of ejaculation) will increase.

Increase the number of stops before going on to ejaculate - continue this exercise and increase the number of stops when approaching ejaculation to 5. Be aware again that at all times focus on the feelings in your entire body, particularly all around the pelvis.

This exercise alone can help men gain full control over their sexual arousal and particularly ejaculation reponse. By continuing these exercises, you are likely to experiences the tingling sensation moving around your whole body.
