Kegel Exercises for Premature Ejaculation
Kegel exercises are commonly used to learn to control premature ejaculation although very often they don't really seem to help with the problem. This is because premature ejaculation is very commonly a result of locked up emotions that cause anxiety - which in turn causes premature ejaculation. That said, some men do report that Kegel exercises do help in preventing premature ejaculation so I've written about about them for your information here.
Kegel exercises are designed to strengthen and tighten the pubococcygeal muscles (otherwise known as the PC muscles). These are effectively the mucles between your genitals and you anus but run all the way through the pelvis. These muscles can easily be felt when your peeing and then try and stop the flow. The muscles you use to do this are your PC muscles and you can feel them an contract as you hold back the flow.
Kegel exercises are simple contracting and relaxing these muscle. You could do it right now and nobody would know. These exercises can help with weak bladder later on in life and will help with firmer erections because of improved blood flow to the penis. It's also alleged that these exercises can help with premature ejaculation although I haven't come across a guy who it has helped. One thing is for sure - if you strengthen your PC muscles - this will give rise to stronger ejaculation when it does happen.
